• Order details (items, quantities, total amount)
• Payment confirmation (UPI transaction reference; we never see or store your bank or UPI PIN details)

How we use it

• To process and ship your order
• To contact you about shipping cost, delivery updates, or order issues
• To comply with tax and accounting requirements under Indian law

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share only what is necessary with:

• Shipping partners (India Post, courier services): to deliver your order
• Netlify: our hosting provider, which receives order details via form submission

Cookies and tracking

Our site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The shopping cart uses your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember items between page loads.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for at least 7 years to meet accounting and tax-record requirements. You can request deletion of personal information not required for legal recordkeeping at any time.
